Our goal is to educate new residential consumers on the importance of purchasing energy efficient heating & cooling equipment. Many times new home buyers will overlook the importance of choosing the most important appliance in their home.

Our Business

My father founded the company in 1971 and retired in 1998.

After 13 years of working for the company my husband & I bought out the previous owner in 2007.

My son has worked for the company since 2004. 

Our other employees are like family to us. We hope the relationship you have with our company makes you feel like family. 

Who We Are

Derek Verdoorn has owned his own company, Johnson County Framing, for 18 years. He holds a Master Mechanical.

Clayton Richardson is our head service technician and is certified by the EPA and FSC.

Garry Billings oversees the rough in and finish employees. He has been in the business for 9 years.

Barbara Verdoorn does everything the men can't do & works the phones.
